Cannes, France – 11 September 2025 – At this year’s Cannes Yachting Festival (CYF), Gulf Craft’s Chairman Mohammed Hussein Alshaali announced a major milestone for the SilverCAT brand: the launch of a new SilverCAT factory in the UAE, now under construction.

This investment marks a significant step in Gulf Craft’s global strategy, responding to the rapidly growing demand for power catamarans around the world. The facility will scale up production capacity and accelerate innovation across SilverCAT’s expanding range, from fishing-focused models to family-oriented daily cruisers.

“As global demand for power catamarans accelerates, we are scaling SilverCAT with a new UAE factory now under construction,” said Alshaali. “This will help us meet growing interest in versatile, high-performance catamarans across key international markets.”

The announcement comes as Gulf Craft also reveals new developments for Majesty Yachts and introduces infrastructure investments like the Superyacht Service Centre (SYSC) and the Gulf Lagoon project in the Maldives, positioning the group for sustained global growth.

The Cannes Yachting Festival, held from 9–14 September 2025, was Europe’s largest in-water boat show and served as a strategic platform where Gulf Craft unveiled its next phase, anchored by SilverCAT’s rise as a leading force in the power catamaran segment.
